Krystal Vallarta is at your service and provides a Concierge who is available to provide recommendations on dining, shopping, and more. If you want to get out in Puerto Vallarta, our tour desk can help you plan some exciting excursions. Guests also enjoy access to a gift shop, entertainment staff at the pool to keep things fun and action-packed, as well as nightly entertainment and activities including Bingo, Karaoke, and themed dinners.
Services and amenities available to our guests include 24-hour room service (a snack menu is available from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.), laundry and dry cleaning service, and complimentary WiFi (available in 80% of the hotel).
Millenium Spa & Salon
The full-service Millenium Spa is a tranquil oasis located in the new Grand Tower, offering treatments accented by natural aromatherapy. With Men´s and Women´s change rooms with separate Jacuzzis and steam rooms, as well as a solarium and Beauty Salon, you can stay as long as you like!
Childrens Activities
If you will be traveling with children, the Krystal Puerto Vallarta offers Kamp Krystal, which is perfect for children ages 4 to 12 years. With an indoor playground and ball room, spacious arts and crafts area for making hand-painted keepsakes, a large section of video and board games, and TV area with tropical tents for movies, we make sure everyone is happy. Kamp Krystal is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. There is a registration fee, which is included in the all-inclusive plan, but is additional for other guests as food is provided. Not only does it provide a wealth of activities for the kids, but it provides parents with the peace of mind in knowing their children are well taken care of while they steal away for some much-needed adult time. Other children's amenities include a children's playground and three children's pools.
All-Inclusive Stays
If you will be staying with us on our all-inclusive plan, your vacation is even more carefree as nearly everything is included! Our all-inclusive plan features the following:
- Breakfast Buffet at Las Velas Restaurant: 8:00 AM– 12:00 AM.
- Lunch Buffet at Las Velas Restaurant: 12:00 PM – 17:00 PM.
- Dinner Buffet at Las Velas: 5:00 PM– 11:00 PM.
- Dinner at our specialty restaurants: Kamakura Sushi Bar & Grill or La Trattoria.
- Bogart's On The Beach Dining Experience*
*Christmas and New Year's Eve Gala dinner is not included. - Selected snacks available at Front Desk 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
- Room Service for Breakfast (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM) and Lunch & Dinner (1:00 PM – 8:00 PM). Drinks though room service only with meals and subject to the number of adults registered in the room.
